How does it work?
This template has four simple, easy-to-use sections you can use to track your growth effectively.
- Journal Entries - Entries are split into Day and Night. During the day, you set priorities and your mindset. At night, you relax, reflect on your day and journal about it.
- Calendar View - A calendar view allows you to easily locate specific day's entries.
- Brain Dump - A bit different from journaling. Here, you write down whatever comes to mind, whenever it comes to mind. Don’t worry about structure, spelling, grammar, etc. This practice helps clear your mind!
- Databases - You can view each entry's properties individually, making it easier to track priorities, food intake, gratitude, and more.
If you're still unsure how to use these sections, don't fret! Examples are included for each of them. Be sure to check past entries for them, and feel free to delete them after viewing.
Customize your experience and use this template at your convenience. Don't feel pressured to journal efficiently; take your time and use it as a medium to reflect and achieve mindfulness.
